Refund & Refund Policy

We are sorry you’re not completely satisfied with your order. Please contact us within 14 days to return your order. We only offer exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No smoke, pet or any type of smell. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tropiiloungewear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a returns address, which you’ll need to print out and attach to the outer packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we will then inspect the item to ensure, there is no smell, tags are attached, items have not been worn, altered, no stains (eg) (makeup, food, drinks, oil etc) in original packaging and overall in the exact same quality we sent the item out in.

Assuring that the return items are in perfect resale condition, we will email you a code of the value of your order, minus shipping. You can then place a new order.

There is no expiration date on your code.

Please note, codes must be used all at one time. Codes can not be split over multiple orders. If you use your code for a lower value on your new order, there will not be any remaining balance.

You will be liable for the return shipping fee. All returns must be sent using a tracking and signed for option. That way you can ensure the parcel reaches us. We are not liable for any missing returns.

Pre-order items can not be cancelled once order has been placed. Pre-orders can be exchanged for another item. Pre-orders can take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.

Damages and issues

We inspect all our items and ensure to send them out in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Take pictures and email them over straight away. This must be done on the same day of you receiving your package, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Anything sent to us after 24 hours we will not be liable for.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items or gift cards.

No returns on bodysuits, underwear & swim wear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us letting us know you’d like to return your item for another of the same value, return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted. We can then process the new order.

Please not that colours of items can appear slightly different as different devices, eg laptops, phones, iPads, etc. Are set with different lighting that can differ colours.
